Tom is a Chartered Building Surveyor and leads the Building Surveying team at Terracotta.
Tom studied Building Surveying as an undergraduate at Salford University before moving to London and working for over 15 years at some of the largest and best-known commercial practices.
He has a solid background across the full spectrum of professional services, providing advice to a variety of clients with regards to technical due diligence, dilapidations, planned maintenance, party wall matters and reinstatement costs assessments.
In addition, Tom has a wealth of experience acting as a Project Manager / Contract Administrator helping clients to plan, budget and deliver a range of repair, refurbishment and fit out schemes within the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
When not at work Tom likes to be outside as much as possible and enjoys exploring the West Sussex countryside with his young family.
