Rob Marchant MRICS joins the valuations team

We’re thrilled to have recently welcomed Rob Marchant MRICS to the valuations team, who brings with him a wealth of knowledge in lease extension and enfranchisement work. 

Previously head of valuation at Homehold, Rob will strengthen the Terracotta’s service offering with varied experience in both the public and private sector. Rob has earned himself a respected name in leasehold reform, having represented clients at the First-tier Tribunal – Property Chamber. This includes his role as Expert Witness in the recent Park Hill case in which the tribunal determined a capitalisation rate of 8.32%. This has gained significant interest from those representing both leaseholders and freeholders.
