Celebrating four years in business with a summer party

Last week Terracotta hosted a summer party at the Menier Chocolate Factory in London Bridge. This was a great opportunity to meet with many of our clients and connections from across the industry and celebrate the companies first 4 years in business.  

This striking venue set the perfect stage for networking and the provision of valuable CPD. We welcomed three speakers who discussed various industry hot topics. We heard from Terracotta’s own, Eden Stuart and Harry Michelmore who discussed the state of the UK’s housing market, future projections and London’s investment hot spots. We then heard from our guest speaker Dorian Lovett, Partner at CMG Mortgage Advisors, who shared his valued insight on the mortgage market as well as future predictions on interest rates.
