I joined Terracotta in the summer of 2023, having built up a wealth of knowledge working for well known and established firms in central London and the wider South East over the last decade.

As a valuation surveyor, I deal with an array of commercial and residential valuations. My specialisms include leasehold enfranchisement, compulsory purchase and secured lending valuations.

I have on numerous occasions attended tribunal as an expert witness and am regularly instructed to provide expect advice on valuation matters.

Terracotta is a young and ambitious company which is striving to be at the forefront of the London property scene. Each member of the team brings with them a unique skillset which puts us in a formidable position and means we consistently deliver for our clients.

I love exploring London and seeing all the different types of architecture we have on our doorstep. One of my favourite developments has to be the Barbican Estate, which is a fantastic example of post-war Brutalist architecture.
