HOME SURVEY LEVEL 2 

Often referred to as a Homebuyers Report, a Level 2 survey provides concise information on the condition of a property.

The survey will breakdown the building’s key elements, summarising their state and highlighting any requirements for repair and maintenance. The report uses a traffic-light coding system, attributing green, amber or red ratings depending on the condition of each element.

This survey is typically less suited to older or larger homes but provides a viable option for contemporary, purpose-built flats or new build houses.
