Terracotta have successfully delivered on a contract for the refurbishment and disposal of various units in a 1930s housing estate. The client, Dolphin Square Charitable Trustees owns a portfolio of tired and dated flats that were slowly being released to the market. Terracotta stepped in to re-position the units in the market to achieve higher sales values. Working along side the client, Terracotta developed a strategy to refurbish the units to attract young professionals. Not only did Terracotta Project Manage the refurbishment, but were given creative freedom to design the flats in such a way as to draw the interest from young professionals. Terracotta worked alongside local agents to sell the units. The strategy was a success with the first 2 units achieving the highest values on the estate by some distance! The client was able to take the strategy forward and achieve continued success.
