Terracotta Agency Wins Croydon Council Disposal Contract
Terracotta, in collaboration with Ambercycle Consulting, is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a tender by Croydon Council for the disposal of select assets. This initiative supports the Council’s statutory obligations and aligns with its Medium Term Financial Strategy and Priorities.
The portfolio, which includes car parks, an industrial estate, community centres, and a quarry, is scheduled for market release starting in Q1 2025. We are proud to work alongside Lester Wagman of Ambercycle, a distinguished property consultant with extensive experience in the public sector.
