Terracotta offers multidisciplinary service to private client to deliver sound investment strategy

       

Terracotta has successfully delivered investment strategy for a private client with a building in Chelsea. The asset was under performing with a large commercial unit in a poor state of repair. Terracotta’s valuation team worked with the design team to come up with a new scheme. The project management team then oversaw a basement dig and two storey rear extension. The scheme delivered a newly refurbished retail unit with a split level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom high specification garden flat. Working in partnership with local agents, the commercial and residential units were let, tripling the rental income and greatly enhancing the asset’s value.
